As well as being one of the UK’s leading Stage Mediums,
Billy Roberts is also a published author.
With sixteen books to his credit, he is regarded as an authority on the paranormal
and metaphysical subjects.He is a columnist for the two leading Spiritualist journals, The Psychic News and The Psychic World.
He also writes a regular psychic blog for The Liverpool Echo. Extremely knowledgeable on a wide range of subjects, Billy is
capable of writing about anything from Meditation to the Chakras and the Aura. His first collection of Ghost Stories was published
in 1975, and some of his stories have been broadcast on BBC 3 and BBC Radio 4.
A professional Stage Psychic/Medium
for over 25 years, he is considered to be one of the UK’s best exponents of mental mediumship. Although he no longer
belongs to any organisations, he was a registered healer with The National Federation of Spiritual Healers.
Billy
also lectures and holds workshops in universities and centres world-wide. In 1984 he founded the Thought Workshop, the northwest’s
first Centre for Psychic & Spiritual Studies and Alternative therapies, which opened in Rodney Street, the Harley Street
of Liverpool, and in 2003 he opened The Billy Roberts Paranormal Study Centre in Penny Lane, Liverpool, visited by students
from all over the world.
He has always been regarded as quite ‘radical’, and is frequently invited to
take part in TV & Radio debates on the paranormal. He has appeared on TV all over the world, and has presented his own
26 week cable television series, Secrets of the Paranormal. In 2003 he was commissioned by Sony Games to feature in a documentary
to promote their new Playstation 2 Game, Ghost Hunter, filmed on location in New Orleans and the Gulf of Mexico.
